We went to the drive-in to see half of Pirates of the Carribean. Claire did great, she just slept most of the time... we had to leave after the car battery died and we couldn't hear the sound. So someone came out to jump us, and once we got the car going, we couldn't turn it back off, but it was billowing out nasty exhaust fumes and gassing everyone around us, so we gave up. We'll try again sometime later...
Claire getting over-stimulated by her playmat activity floor thing- so many things to look at, so many synapses to build.
Working on tummytime and neck control...
But that head gets heavy.
Off to the Mariner's game-- we missed the ferry but seconds, so we drove instead.
The game went much better than I expected, at least regarding Claire. The M's lost badly to the Yankees, so it wasn't the best first game for Claire, but just like with the drive-in, we'll try again later :)
Tired M's fan- sorry I can't get it to turn the right way... Just turn your head.
That was our busy weekend, plus a few visits from friends, a birthday party and Claire's parents still trying to muddle through this whole thing.
